How to configure E-Trust/ZoneAlarm to receive video streams.

Open the Norton program by right clicking on the icon in your system tray (next to the clock) and selecting "Open", or by finding the program in the "Start" menu under "Programs" and clicking on it.

You should now see a screen like the one below. Click on the "Privacy" tab on the left hand side.

Next select the "Site List" tab on the top right of the screen.

Find the listing in the "Site" column that has the number (ip address) 66.209.93.17 in it.

Under the "Private Header" column click the red X and select "Allow" from the drop-down list. Do the same thing for the "Cookie Control - 3rd Party" column.

When you are finished you should have the row (66.209.93.17) with all green checks in it. Close the program and return to the web site links, and you should receive the video stream.
