Please use the links to the left depending on what your trouble is.

If you need the latest Windows Media Player, click "WMP Download". If you are not sure you are getting the speed you need in order to view our streaming videos, use the "Bandwidth Test" link. If you are having issues with the Windows Media Player opening, but not playing video or playing 'choppy' video, please click "Media Player Settings". If you are receiving the Roberts 'unauthorized' error screen, please click "Firewall Settings". Finally, if your player is rebuffering or constantly getting disconnected, try the "Rebuffering Help" link.
