Please use the links to the left depending on what your trouble is.

 

These settings are for Windows Media Player 11 users.

 

Right click on the title 'Windows Media Player' in the upper left-hand corner, and select 'Tools' and then 'Options' from the drop-down menu.

Click on the 'Performance' tab at the top and then click on the dot next to "Choose connection speed:". Now click the drop-down menu and select 'DSL/Cable (384Kbps)' from the list, and then click the 'Apply' button at the bottom.

If you are still seeing buffering, try changing the "Network buffering" setting by clicking the dot next to 'Buffer' and then change the number of seconds to buffer. You can try different amounts of time to determine which is best for you. Note: Longer buffer times will take longer to start playing the video, but once the video is playing, it should be running smoother.

Next, click on the "Apply" button at the bottom and then the"OK" button, and close the Windows Media Player to finish.

If none of these settings seem to help the problem, try contacting your Internet Service Provider to see if there are any bandwidth problems in your area. You can also contact us for further assistance by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link on the left.
