If you are running Windows Vista and are having trouble receiving the videos, there is a possible solution in the Internet Explorer settings. There is an added feature in Internet Explorer for Vista called "Protected Mode". The instructions below will tell who how to turn this feature off.

Open Internet Explorer, if it isn't already, and click on the 'Tools' menu on the upper right hand side of the screen. Then select Internet Options at the bottom of the list.

In the Options window, click on the 'Security' tab at the top, and then uncheck the box where it says 'Enable Protected Mode', and click the 'Apply' botton then the 'OK' botton. You will need to restart the web browser for the settings to take effect.
